• Political
• Illegal
• Adult-oriented

You must be 13 years or older.

You acknowledge:

• AI results may be imperfect
• Output may require manual editing
• You are responsible for how you use the content

We do not guarantee accuracy.

Users must:

• Provide accurate information
• Not share login credentials
• Not attempt to misuse or manipulate daily limits

We may suspend accounts if rules are violated.

• Free accounts have a daily generation limit.
• Rewarded ads give +1 generation.

We reserve the right to change limits at any time.

By participating in IdeaBoost contests, you agree to:

Eligibility

• Must have a valid social media account

Submission Rules

• Content must be created using IdeaBoost
• You must follow contest instructions
• You must tag the official IdeaBoost page (if required)
• Content must not violate community guidelines
• Content must not use copyrighted material without permission

Rewards

• Winners may receive cash rewards, digital prizes, or features
• All rewards will be sent via methods approved by IdeaBoost
• We are not responsible for incorrect payment details
• Rewards are final and non-refundable

Grant of Permission

By joining contests, you give ApexNova Digital LLC:

• Non-exclusive rights to display your content in the app
• Right to repost on social media
• Right to show your work as an example for other users (Always with credit to you)

Disqualification

We may remove participants for:

• Fake views or fake likes
• Using bots
• Posting harmful or hateful content
• Not following contest rules

• All app assets are owned by ApexNova Digital LLC.
• Users own their original content.

We are not responsible for:

• Losses from using AI content
• Third-party services issues
• Social network restrictions
• Internet problems
